福岡県出身。津田塾大学英文学科卒業後、大手航空会社で客室乗務員として勤務。客室乗務員のインストラクターとしての経験を活かし、企業、病院、大学院にて接遇マナーやホスピタリティー研修講師を務める一方、外資系企業での秘書業務経験も有する。多数のエグゼクティブ接客経験をもとに、個々のお客さまのご要望にお応えし、高品質なコンシェルジュサービスの提供をする【コンシェルジュサービスジャパン株式会社】を2023年に設立。
「治療中の方もお付き添いの方も、より快適に、より安心してお過ごしいただきたい」 ホテルのコンシェルジュのように、何でも頼っていただける存在として、患者さま、ご家族さまに寄り添ってまいります。
We would like to make both those undergoing treatment and accompanying them more comfortable and at ease. We will be there for patients and their families as a presence that can be relied on for anything, just like a hotel concierge.
